Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments, cancellations, and no shows (not home or answering when therapist arrives) within 24 hours (or one business day) of the scheduled appointment will be charged at 100% of the scheduled appointment cost (estimated amount is $150). Travel time and mileage will also apply if the appointment is scheduled in the community.

Appointments that are cancelled within 2 business days of the scheduled appointment time will be charged at 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. Mileage and travel time applies.

These charges are not eligible for reimbursement through private insurance.

Cancellations for any day following a weekend or statutory holiday must be received by 4:30pm on the previous business day (ex. Friday).
